Many of you guys might already have heard about the “A diverse online atmosphere, with a sensational experience..” Maldives.net.mv - which is the Maldives portal aiming in providing multiple varieties of services to Maldivian web. They have already launched a sensational Exposure of a Unique Maldives (UM), and now its their second - The Maldives Web Directory (MWD).

MWD (MWD) is a project showcasing all the websites and blogs of Maldives in a categorized and a simplified way. There are more than 120 websites added within the very first weeks of the launch.

Looks like some fellas are making a lot of money through internet. The most of the names from the above list are some how related to business and all of the listed are business sites.
The other thing is that internet is getting more and more into the pornography. The most expensive two domains are sex.com and pron.com. LOL. Is internet about E-sex ?

Nowadays online communities from fuvahmulah seems to be an interesting story. The number of online communities are growing in fuvahmulah day by day and the challenge between these communities are increasing.

These are the leading communities for the time being. All of these websites were uploaded early this year. This shows the usage of Internet is increasing in Maldives. Especially in atolls like Gnatoll. I hope these online communities are going to help the ones who use Internet only for chatting purposes to get into net browsing and being active in such online communities.
